(Amending the Compensation Plan for Executive Employees and Elected Officials of Salt Lake City)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR EXECUTIVE EMPLOYEES AND ELECTED OFFICIALS WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 42 OF 1994.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the attached amendments to the Compensation Plan for Executive Employees and Elected Officials which was adopted by Salt Lake City Ordinance No. 42 of 1994 and last amended by Salt Lake City Ordinance No. 55 of 1994. Three copies of said Compensation Plan, as amended, shall be maintained in the City Recorder’s Office for public inspection.
SECTION 2. APPLICABILITY. The Compensation Plan, as amended, shall not apply to employees whose employment terminated prior to publication of the Ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be deemed effective on its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 1st day of November, 1994.
