SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 86 of 1995
(Vacating the Panorama Subdivision Pursuant to Petition No. 400-95-55)
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE PANORAMA SUBDIVISION, AS REQUIRED Y SECTION 10-9-808, UTAH CODE ANNOTATED, PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-95-55.
WHEREAS, Petition No. 400-95-55 was filed with the City, requesting the City to allow the vacation of the Panorama Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, one hundred percent of the owners of the property within and adjacent to the subdivision have not consented to the vacation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing after giving the required notices and has reviewed the proposed vacation which has been previously preliminarily approved by the Planning Commission on August 10, 1995; and
WHEREAS, good cause exists for the vacation of the plat and the City Council finds neither the public nor any person will be materially injured by the proposed vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council bf Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. The City hereby approves the proposed vacation to the Panorama Subdivision as conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on August 10, 1995.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the date of its being first published and recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder.
