SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 84 of 1995
(An ordinance amending certain sections of Title 2lA of the Salt Lake City Code regarding bed and breakfast facilities)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLE 21A OF THE SALT LAKE CITY CODE REGARDING BED AND BREAKFAST FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has held hearings before its own body and before the Planning Commission regarding the appropriate regulation of bed and breakfast facilities; and
WHEREAS, as a result of those deliberations, the City Council believes it appropriate to adopt the following amendments to Chapter 2lA.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That various portions of Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code be, and the same hereby are, amended to read as more fully specified in Exhibit “A” which is attached and incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon the date of its being first published.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 12th day of December, 1995.
