No. 82 of 1995
(An ordinance repealing Section 11.12.070, Salt Lake City Code, relating to Loitering)
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 11.12.070, SALT LAKE CITY CODE, RELATING TO LOITERING.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 11.12.070 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to loitering, be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 5th day of December, 1995.
