SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 73 of 1995
(Adopting Chapter 23 to Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code Relating to Regulating Signs)
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING CHAPTER 23 TO TITLE 21A OF THE SALT LAKE CITY CODE, RELATING TO REGULATING SIGNS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 26 of 1995 adopting Title 21A specifically adopted Chapter 23 “Signs” as a temporary regulation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to adopt Chapter 23 of Title 21A as a non-temporary regular ordinance; now
Therefore, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, hereby enacts Chapter 23 of Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 23 of Title 21A, Salt Lake City Code, be, and the same hereby is, enacted to read as specified on Exhibit “A”.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 10th day of October, 1995.
