SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 71 of 1995
(Rezoning property located at 2119 South Lincoln Pursuant to Petition No. 400-95-54
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21.14.020 OF THE SALT LAKE CITY CODE RELATING TO ZONING AND FIXING OF BOUNDARIES OF USE DISTRICTS PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-95-54.
WHEREAS, in response to Rezoning Petition No. 400-95-54, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah has held public hearings before its own body and before the Planning Commission, and has taken into consideration citizen testimony, filing and demographic details of the area and the Master Plan as part of its deliberation. Pursuant to these deliberations, the Council has concluded that the proposed change of zoning for the property located at 2119 South Lincoln is appropriate for the development of the community in that area; and
THEREFORE, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah hereby adopts the following amendments to the Use District provisions of Title 21A.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the Use District Map, as adopted by Section 21.14.020 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to the fixing of boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, AMENDED to read as follows:
Sec. 21.14.020. Boundaries of Districts--Use District Map Adopted.
That the following-described parcel of real property in Salt Lake City, Utah presently zoned Residential “RMF-35” is hereby rezoned Commercial “C-SHBD” and the Use District Map is amended accordingly:
Lots 13 and 14 of Block, Geneva Place Subdivision.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the date of its being first published and recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder.
