SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 6 of 1996
(An ordinance REPEALING Salt Lake City Code, Section 2.11.010, relating to residency requirements for police officers)
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2.11.010, SALT LAKE CITY CODE, RELATING TO RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR POLICE OFFICERS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 2.11.010 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to residency requirements for police officer, be, and the same hereby is, REPEALED.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 6th day of February, 1996.
