SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 5 of 1996
(Adopting Section 21A.20.8.5 regulating low power radio service antennas)
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING SECTION 21A.20.8.5 REGULATING LOW POWER RADIO SERVICE ANTENNAS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, has held hearings before its own body and before the Planning Commission concerning the regulation of low power radio service antennas and determined that it is in the best interests of the City and consistent with the comprehensive general plan to adopt the following Section 21A.20.8.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 2lA.20.8.5 as more fully detailed in Exhibit A which is attached and incorporated by reference is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon the date of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 6th day of February, 1996.
