(Vacating portions of the Syndicate Place Subdivision Pursuant to Petition No. 400-93-121)
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF THE SYNDICATE PLACE SUBDIVISION, AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 10-9-808, UTAH CODE ANNOTATED, PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-93-121.
WHEREAS, Petition No. 400-93-121 was filed with the City, requesting the City to allow the vacation of portions of the Syndicate Place Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, one hundred percent of the owners of the property within and adjacent to the subdivision have not consented to the vacation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing after giving the required notices and has reviewed the vacation which has been previously preliminarily approved by the Planning Commission on January 20, 1994; and
WHEREAS, good cause exists for the vacation of portions of the plat and the City Council finds neither the public nor any person will be materially injured by the proposed vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. The City hereby approves the proposed vacation of portions of the Syndicate Place Subdivision as conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on January 20, 1994, described on Exhibit “A” which is attached and incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the date of its being first published and recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder.
