(Renaming Ninth South Circle to Ninth South (900 South) ending in a cul-de-sac after Woodruff Way to be named Ninth South Circle pursuant to Petition No. 400-94-75)
AN AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY SECTION 14.08.010, SALT LAKE CITY CODE, RENAMING NINTH SOUTH CIRCLE TO NINTH SOUTH (900 SOUTH) ENDING IN A CUL-DE-SAC AFTER WOODRUFF WAY TO BE NAMED NINTH SOUTH CIRCLE PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-94-75.
WHEREAS, in response to Petition No. 400-94-75, the City has determined that it would be in the best interests of the City to rename Ninth South Circle to Ninth South (900 South) ending in a cul-de-sac after Woodruff Way to be named Ninth South Circle;
THEREFORE, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah hereby adopts the following amendment to the official Street Map adopted by Section 14.08.010 of the Salt Lake City Code.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the official Street Map, as adopted by Section 14.08.010 of the Salt Lake City Code, be, and the same hereby is, AMENDED to change the legal name of Ninth South Circle to Ninth South (900 South) ending in a cul-de-sac after Woodruff Way to be named Ninth South Circle.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective upon the date of its first publication and shall be recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder.
