Ordinance 26 of 1992 – Amending Section 21.14.020 relating to rezoning property subject to certain conditions located at 2117-2165 South Green Street and fixing of boundaries of use districts, Petition 400-893-91.

 

Ordinance 27 of 1992 – Closing two portions of Swaner Road at California Avenue pursuant and renaming a section of the old Swaner Road as 2120 West Street, Petition 400-899-91 and repealing Ordinance No. 66 of 1991.

 

Ordinance 28 of 1992 - Confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the Central Business District known as Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-18, for the purpose of paying the costs of removal and replacement of defective concrete sidewalk, driveway aprons, curb, gutter and appurtenances; construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway aprons, and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a special improvement guaranty fund; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.

 

Ordinance 29 of 1992 – Confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the Central Business District known as Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-854, for the purpose of paying the costs of removal and reconstruction of curb, gutter and sidewalks with brick payers, driveways and appurtenances, drainage, trees, planters, tie-in paving, irrigation, vault abandonment or rebuilding, electrical systems, street lighting operation and maintenance of street lighting for one year, and drains and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a special improvement guaranty fund; authorizing the issuance of Interim Warrant No. 2 for $913.06; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.

 

Ordinance 30 of 1992 – Repealing Chapter 3.08 relating to the Central Business Improvement District tax.

 

Ordinance 31 of 1992 – Appropriating necessary funds, to implement for fiscal year 1992-93, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Salt Lake City Corporation and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the 100 Series City employees.

 

Ordinance 32 of 1992 – Appropriating necessary funds, to implement for fiscal year 1992-93, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Salt Lake City Corporation and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the 200 Series City employees.

 

Ordinance 33 of 1992 – Amending Section 2.52.010 as last amended by Ordinance 23 of 1992, relating to compensation of 300 series and executive employees and elected officials.

 

Ordinance 34 of 1992 – Approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Salt Lake City Corporation and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 1645, representing the “400 Series” City Employees.

 

Ordinance 35 of 1992 – Appropriating funds to implement, for fiscal year 1992-93, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Salt Lake Police Association, representing the ”500 Series” City employees.

Ordinance 45 of 1992 – Adopting the final budget, except the budget for the Library Fund, and the employment staffing document of Salt Lake City, Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993.

 

Ordinance 46 of 1992 – Adopting the final budget for the Library Fund of Salt Lake City, Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993.

 

Ordinance 47 of 1992 – Adopting the rate of tax levy upon all real and personal property within Salt Lake City, Utah made taxable by law for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993.

 

Ordinance 48 of 1992 – Adopting Official Maps of Major Street Plans for 1700 North Street, Delong Street, Gladiola Street, 3200 West/Gladiola Street, Pioneer Road to 2100 South Frontage Road Connector, and California Avenue, pursuant to Section 10-9-23, Utah Code Annotated.

Ordinance 51 of 1992 – Vacating a portion of an alley located between Browning and Roosevelt Avenues and 800 and 900 East Streets, Petition 400-979-91.

 

Ordinance 52 of 1992 – Closing a portion of 1100 West between a closed portion of South Temple and an alley located north of residential properties on Euclid Avenue, Petition 400-950-91.

Ordinance 59 of 1992 – Adding a new Section .080 to Chapter 44 of Title 11 (11.44.080) relating to prohibiting consumption of alcohol by a minor.

 

Ordinance 60 of 1992 – Amending Chapter 24, Section 100, of Title 12 (12.24.100) relating to penalties for driving under the influence of drugs and intoxicants and adding new sections 110 and 120 and relating to unlawfulness for any person under age twenty-one years to operate a vehicle with any detectible alcohol in his/her body and driving a commercial vehicle while having .04 or more blood alcohol level prohibited.

 

Ordinance 61 of 1992 – Adding Section 11.08.060 relating to criminal code; creating the prohibition on stalking; providing definitions; and providing a penalty.

 

Ordinance 62 of 1992 – Approving the Condominium Documents for the Triad Center West Parking Facility and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary approvals.
