In order to accommodate the presentation of the budgets for the Redevelopment Agency, The Local Building Authority, and the City Council, this meeting has been noticed as a joint meeting between the City Council, RDA, and LBA. Therefore, as all three bodies conclude their business, they will adjourn as necessary throughout the meeting.
3. Mayor Biskupski will present the proposed Salt Lake City budget, including the Redevelopment Agency budget, and Library Fund, for Fiscal Year 2017-18.

Adjourn as the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency, recess as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority, and continue as the City Council.

The Council will consider a motion to recess as the City Council and reconvene as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority.
1. Resolution: Tentative Budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority for FY 2017-18.
The Board will consider approving a resolution adopting the Tentative Budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 2018.

2. Confirm Public Hearing Dates: Local Building Authority Budget for Fiscal Year 2017-18.
The Board will confirm the dates of Tuesday, May 16 and 23, 2017 and June 6, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. to accept public comment and approve a resolution adopting the final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2017 and Ending June 30, 2018.
