A roll is being kept of all who attended the Historic Landmark Commission Meeting. The meeting was cancelled due to no quorum 5:45:12 PM. Audio recordings of the Historic Landmark Commission meetings are retained for a period of time.
Present for the Historic Landmark Commission meeting were: Chairperson, Kenton Peters, Vice Chairperson, Robert Hyde; Commissioners Sheleigh Harding, Esther Stowell and Paul Svendsen. Commissioners Stanley Adams, Thomas Brennan and Rachel Quist excused.
Planning Staff members present at the meeting were Michaela Oktay, Planning Deputy Director; Paul Nielson, Attorney; Carl Leith, Senior Planner; Amy Thompson, Senior Planner; and Deborah Severson, Administrative Secretary.
Field Trip
A field trip was held prior to the work session. Historic Landmark Commissioners present were: Kenton Peters, Paul Svendsen and Esther Stowell. Staff member in attendance was Carl Leith.
•578 and 610 N. West Capitol - Staff gave an overview of the proposal.
•287 G Street and 480 6th Avenue - Staff gave an overview of the proposal.
DINNER – The Commission received a training on the Open and Public Meeting Act.
PUBLIC HEARINGS – Were postponed until January 3, 2019.
