The City Council met as the Board of Canvassers on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State.

Staff in Attendance: Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; Lynn Pace, Acting City Attorney; Benjamin Luedtke, Council Public Policy Analyst; Nicole Smedley, Assistant City Recorder; and Cindi Mansell, City Recorder.
Boardmember Luke presided at and conducted the meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

#1. 7:06:22 PM The City Council will meet as the Board of Canvass to certify the results of the August 13, 2019 Municipal Primary Election. The Board of Canvassers, which includes the Mayor and City Council, will canvass and declare the results of the Municipal Primary Election for Mayor and City Council District 6. View Attachments
Boardmember Wharton moved and Boardmember Fowler seconded to adopt Resolution 21 of 2019, accepting, approving and certifying the results of the August 13, 2019 Municipal Primary Election, which motion carried, all members present voted aye.
