The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah met in Regular Session on Tuesday, September 10, 1996, at 6:10 p.m., in Room 315, City County Building, 451 South State Street.

Councilmember Souvall presided at and Councilmember Reid conducted the meeting.

ACTION: Councilmember Seed moved and Councilmember Milner seconded to refer this item to Committee of the Whole on October 17, 1996 at 5:00 p.m. and request additional information from Planning Commission, which motion carries all members present voted aye
