The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, met in Regular Session on Thursday, March 20, 1997, at 5:30 p.m. in Room 325, City Council Office, City County Building, 451 South State.

Councilmember Seed presided at and conducted the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA
ACTION: Councilmember Godfrey moved and Councilmember Jolley seconded to approve the Consent Agenda, which motion carried, all members present voted aye.
#1. RE: Approving the reappointment of Gayle E. Thomas to the Mosquito Abatement District for a term extending through December 31, 2000.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
#1. RE: Adopting a motion approving the following decisions made by the Planning Director:
a. Cornell Condominium Conversion: a proposal by Bruce Manka to convert the Cornell Apartments, located at 101 South 600 East, to condominium ownership. Planning Director's Decision: Approve.

ACTION: Councilmember Christensen moved and Councilmember Jolley seconded to approve the proposed condominium conversions based upon the assurances made in the Planning Director's letters dated March 20, 1997, which motion carried, all members voted aye.
