Consider adopting a resolution amending Resolution No. 33 of 1995 concerning Salt Lake City CBD 1995 beautification and street lighting special improvement district, Project No. 106001, by adding certain property abutting California Avenue and deleting certain property abutting the west side of 400 West between 200 and 300 South; providing for an estimated rate of assessment; providing for the issuance of additional interim warrants; and related matters.
