Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for improvements at the YWCA of Salt Lake City.

Consider adopting a motion approving the Planning Director's/Planning
Commission's decisions to amend portions of North Cove Estates, Plat "B", Lot #208, and Plat "C", Lot #303 Subdivisions, to combine the lots into one lot to accommodate construction of a single-family dwelling in a residential zoning district.
