1. That the City Council convene as the Board of Canvassers and instruct the City Recorder to begin the canvass of the Primary election returns for the election held October 4, 1983.

2. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, November 15, 1983 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Petition No. 1200-05 of 1983 submitted by Donald R. LeBaron requesting that 2200 West between North Temple and 700 North be renamed Sperry Boulevard.
