Cooperation Agreement (400 South, 500 South, and 600 South
Viaducts)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah
Department of Transportation setting forth the terms of an agreement whereby the
Utah Department of Transportation agrees to exercise Option B with Wasatch
Constructors in order to shorten the viaducts at 400 South, 500 South, and 600
South.
