1. Rick Warner Ford UDAG Application.
Set a date for a public hearing to be held Tuesday, November 4, 1986, at 7:45 p.m. to obtain public comment concerning the submission of an application by Rick Warner Ford Corporation for an Urban Development Action Grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the development of an Automobile Sales Mall & Plaza located on the blocks between 600 and 800 South and Main and West Temple Streets and a portion of the block located between 700 and 800 South and West Temple and 200 West Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah.

1. Sugar House Neighborhood Development Plan.
Consider adopting an ordinance adopting the Sugar House Neighborhood Development Project Area Redevelopment Plan entitled, “Sugar House Neighborhood Development Plan”, dated September 19, 1986.
