Set date to hold a hearing on October 18, 1990 at 5:00 p.m. to receive public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Salt Lake City Ordinance No. 69 of 1990 which approved, ratified and finalized the budget of Salt Lake City, Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1990 and ending June 30, 1991.

2. Resolution: Interlocal Agreement / Group Insurance
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah State Retirement Board to make available a group insurance program to City employees.
