1. Consider and approve the reappointment of Mayor Ted L. Wilson to the Air Travel Commission.

F. NEW COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City and the State of Utah which provides for the City to participate in the certified local government grant to obtain matching funds of $7,627.00 from federal funds administered through the Division of State History.

2. Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing Salt Lake City, through its district, Curb and Gutter Extension No. 38-763, to enter into the Cooperative Agreement between Utah Department of Transportation and Salt Lake City for Right-of-Way Acquisition at California Avenue and Interstate 215 (I-215) Interchange.
