B. OPENING CEREMONIES:
1. Resolution of Condolences: The Salt Lake City Council and Mayor will adopt a resolution expressing condolences to the family of Spencer W. Kimball.

Immediately following the Council meeting, the Council will meet as the Committee of the Whole:
1. Al Haines and Pete Pederson will brief the Council on a study on fireworks fees.
2. Al Haines will brief the Council on the status of the proposed sports complex.
3. Bill Wright will brief the Council on rezonings in the Buena Vista neighborhood.
4. Mick Crandall will brief the Council on the Wasatch Front Regional Council’s I-15 Corridor study.
