1. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 1984, at 6:25 p.m. to consider an Industrial Revenue Bond application In the amount of $1,100,000 submitted by Distributors Remanufacturing Center, to purchase and rehabilitate an existing building located at 2474 West Directors Row (1100 South).

2. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 1984, at 6:30 p.m. to consider an Industrial Revenue Bond application in the amount of $2,426,000 for Cate Equipment to construct, equip, and operate an office-warehouse facility located at approximately 2350 West and 2100 South.
