Set date of December 7, 1993 at 6:10 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting ordinances to:
a. establish a Community Shopping District "C-S" zone;
b. change the zoning on Block 33 from Residential "R-7' to Commercial
"C-3A" or Commercial Shopping District "C-Se (Block 33 is located
between 400 and 500 South and 500 and 600 East); and
c. close all remaining streets and alleys on the block and transfer
their ownership to Hermes Associates.

5. Resolution: Salt Lake City. Utah Lighting District No. 3
Consider adopting a resolution declaring intention to create Salt Lake City, Utah Lighting District No. 3, to finance the cost of operating, maintaining and patrolling street lighting improvements, and to defray a portion of the original capital cost of lighting improvements for some areas of the District.

1. Canvass of Municipal Primary Election
The Mayor and City Council will convene as the Board of Canvassers at their regular meeting place to consider adopting a motion authorizing the City Recorder to prepare an abstract of the votes cast in the Municipal Election to be held November 2, 1993 for Councilmembers of Districts 1, 3, 5 and 7.
