2. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) project.
3. The Council will receive a briefing regarding a request to vacate a portion of an alley located adjacent to 2327 South 500 East and 2322 Park Street.
4. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Salt Lake Valley Solid Waste Management Facility budget for Calendar Year 2004.
5. The Council will receive a follow-up briefing regarding a request to rezone a portion of property located at approximately 1665 East Kensington Avenue from Open Space to Residential. (Request by Joseph and Kathleen Knowlton) (Unfinished Business Item F-1)
6. The Council will receive a briefing regarding UTA Commuter Rail.
7. The Council will receive a briefing regarding an early retirement incentive proposal.
8. The Council will receive a briefing regarding Budget Amendment No. 2 and related resolutions.

The Council will consider a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss two matters of pending or reasonably imminent litigation, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § § 52-4-4 and 52-4-5 (1)(a)(iii), and attorney-client matters that are privileged, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 78-24-8.
