3.  Joint Public Hearing with Salt Lake City Council and Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City

d) Public input and blight hearing on proposed Granary District Redevelopment Project Area, including evidentiary hearing.

e)  Consider adopting findings of blight for proposed Granary District Redevelopment Project Area.

f)  Consider setting date for public hearing for the proposed redevelopment plan, report on the plan, project area budget, and project area creation for Granary District.
