considered.)
1. The Council will interview Kathy Loveless prior to consideration of her appointment to the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy.
2. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget relating to the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy for Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
3. The Council will receive a briefing on the proposed General Obligation Bonds for Public Safety Facilities.
4. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget relating to the Governmental Immunity Fund for Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
5. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget relating to the Insurance & Risk Management Fund for Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
6. The Council will receive a briefing regarding Budget Amendment No. 4 for Fiscal Year 2006-2007.
7. The Council will receive a follow-up briefing regarding the proposed inflationary adjustment to Impact Fees.
8. The Council will receive an initial briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget relating to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
9. The Council will discuss Unresolved Budget Issues relating to the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
10. (Tentative) The Council will hold a discussion with regards to Item F1
11. (Tentative) The Council will consider a motion to enter into Closed Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss labor negotiations, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § § 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 (1)(b).

(Tentative) The Council will consider a motion to enter into Closed Session for the purpose of strategy to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms pursuant to Utah Code Ann.§ 52-4-204, 52-4-205(1)(d), and attorney-client matters that are privileged, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 78-24-8.
13. (Tentative) The Council will consider a motion to enter into Executive Session for a discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § § 52-4-204, 52-4-205(1) (a), and attorney-client matters that are privileged, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 78-24-8.
