Consider approving the appointment of Allan D. Ainsworth, Ph.D. to the Salt Lake City/County Board of Health to fill a vacancy created by Linda Hamilton, for a term extending through February 3, 1996.

1.    Resolution: Downtown Business Improvement District
Consider adopting a resolution approving the form of a Notice to Prospective Offerors and a Request for Proposal for a contract to manage the Economical Promotion Activities of a proposed Down Business Improvement District.

1.    Resolution: Salt Lake city Special Service District No. 3-W-2
Consider adopting a resolution dissolving Salt Lake City Special Service District No. 3-W-2, authorizing reimbursement to the City for monies advanced for operation and maintenance and authorizing the transfer of a repaid and replacement reserve balance to the City's Stormwater Utility fund.
