Set date of July 9, 1991 at 6:20 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance approving the amendment of the Sharp Subdivision, as required by Section 57-5-8, Utah Code Annotated pursuant to Petition No. 400-895-91.

2.    Ordinance: Petition No. 400-886-91 - Richard and Atone Menzies, et al - Sherman and Harrison Avenue
Set date of July 9, 1991 at 6:30 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley located between 1400 and 1500 East and Sherman and Harrison Avenues pursuant to Petition No. 400-886-91.

3.    Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Hazardous Material Consider approving a resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County to provide mutual aid in responding to hazardous material incidents in the city and the unincorporated area of the county.

        4.    Board Appointment:  Salt Lake City/County Board of Health

Consider approving the appointment of Jane Reister Conard to the Salt Lake City/County Board of Health to fill a vacancy created by Dr. Rulon Simmons, for a term extending through June 1, 1995.

1.    Resolution: IHC Bonds
Set date of June 4, 1991 at 6:50 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting a resolution approving the issuance, execution and delivery of certain documents by Salt Lake City, Utah of its Hospital Revenue Refunding Bonds of the Series 1991 Bonds in compliance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

2.    Legislative Action: Councilmember Horrocks/Ordinance Vacating a portion of the Public Right-of-Way on 900 West and Genessee Avenue
Consider adopting an ordinance vacating the portion of the current public right-of-way beyond that generally required on the property abutting 900 West and abutting Genessee Avenue.

        1.    Interlocal Agreement:  Underground Fuel Tanks
Consider adopting an Interlocal Agreement between the Salt Lake City Corporation (“City”) and Salt Lake County (“County”) a project to remove three underground storage tanks and install one new tank at the Metropolitan Hall of Justice east parking lot.

Consider adopting a resolution approving the terms and authorizing  the issuance and providing for the sale of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah $188,000 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 1991, 400 to 500 South Curb and Gutter Extension Special Improvement District No. 38-758, and related matters.

Consider adopting a resolution approving the terms and authorizing  the issuance and providing for the sale of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah $315,000 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 1991, Streets Curb and Gutter Extension Special Improvement District No. 38-819, and related matters.

Consider adopting a resolution approving the terms and authorizing  the issuance and providing for the sale of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah $815,000 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 1991, Central Business District Beautification Special Improvement District No. 38-864, and related matters.
