Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Hazardous Material Consider approving a resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County to provide mutual aid in responding to hazardous material incidents in the city and the unincorporated area of the county.

Set date of June 4, 1991 at 6:50 p.m. to accept public comment and
consider adopting a resolution approving the issuance, execution and delivery of
certain documents by Salt Lake City, Utah of its Hospital Revenue Refunding
Bonds of the Series 1991 Bonds in compliance with Section 147(f) of the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

Councilmember Horrocks/Ordinance Vacating a portion of the Public Right-of-Way
on 900 West and Genessee Avenue
Consider adopting an ordinance vacating
the portion of the current public right-of-way beyond that generally required on
the property abutting 900 West and abutting Genessee
Avenue.

the Salt Lake City Corporation (“City”) and Salt Lake County (“County”) a project to remove three underground storage
tanks and install one new tank at the Metropolitan Hall of Justice east parking
lot.
