2. The Council will interview Luis A. Palomeque prior to consideration of his appointment to the Civilian Review Board. (Estimated time: 5 minutes)
3. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor's Recommended Budget for the Fire Department for fiscal year 1999-2000. (Estimated time: 15 minutes)
4. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor's Recommended Budget for the City Attorney's Office, Governmental Immunity fund and Insurance and Risk fund for fiscal year 1999-2000. (Estimated time: 5 minutes)
