Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County relating to a cost sharing agreement for the preparation by Eckhoff, Watson and Preator, Inc., of a Utah Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit application.

2. Resolution: Special Improvement District #40-R-l8
Consider adopting a resolution with respect to Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-18 (the “District”) as described in Resolution No. 22 of 1991 adopted by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah on March 19, 1991 by adding properties to the District in reliance upon waiver and consents and authorizing the city officials to proceed to construct improvements.

3. Ordinance: Special Improvement District #40-R-18
Consider adopting and ordinance confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the, central business district known as Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-18, for the purpose of paying the costs of removal and replacement of defective concrete sidewalk, driveway aprons, curb, gutter and appurtenances; construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway aprons, and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a special improvement guaranty fund; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.

4. Ordinance: Special Improvement District #38-854
Consider adopting an ordinance confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the central business district known as Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-854, for the purpose of paying the costs of removal and reconstruction of curb, gutter and sidewalks with brick payers, driveways and appurtenances, drainage, trees, planters, tie-in paving, irrigation, vault abandonment or rebuilding, electrical systems, street lighting operation and maintenance of Street lighting for one year, and drains and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a special improvement guaranty fund; authorizing the issuance of interim warrant No. 2 for $913.06; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.
