2. The Council will receive an update from Mitt Romney, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Salt Lake Olympic Committee. (Estimated time: 25 minutes)
3. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Fleet Management Division Business and Operating Plan, Fiscal Years 2001-2002 through 2005-2006, including the Fleet Management Audit. (Estimated time: 15 minutes)
4. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor's Recommended Budget for the Fleet Management Fund for fiscal year 2001-2002. (Estimated time: 15 minutes)
5. (Tentative) The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss labor negotiations. (Estimated time: 10 minutes)

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Salt Lake City Ordinance No. 51 of 2000 which approved, ratified and finalized the budget of Salt Lake City, Utah, including the employment staffing document, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001.

2 Resolution: Fiscal Years 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 Tentative Budget Adoption and Hearing Date
Consider approving a resolution adopting the tentative budgets of Salt Lake City, including the Fiscal Year 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 tentative budget of the Library Fund beginning July 1, 2001and ending June 30, 2003. This resolution will also set a hearing date to accept public comment on May 15, 2001 at 6:00 p.m. on the proposed City Budget and all related matters.

Resolution: Directing the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Building
Authority to undertake certain projects (Justice Court Building, Police Precinct
Building, and refund certain of the Authority’s outstanding debt) and to issue
lease revenue bonds to finance the projects
Consider adopting a
resolution directing the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Building Authority
of Salt Lake City, Utah to undertake certain projects and to refund certain of
the Authority’s outstanding Lease Revenue Bonds through the issuance and sale by
the Authority of up to $27,000,000 of its Lease Revenue Bonds, approving the
plans, specifications and estimated costs of certain projects to be financed
with a portion of the proceeds of such Bonds; and providing for related
matters.

Resolution: Municipal Building Authority Lease Revenue Bonds – Issuance
and Sale of up to $27,000,000 million dollars of lease revenue
bonds
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale by
the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah of up to $27,000,000 of
its Lease Revenue Bonds; approving forms of certain documents relating to the
issuance of the Bonds; providing for the publication of a Notice of Bonds to be
issued and the running of a contest period and of a petition period; and related
matters.
