4.    Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and State Judicial Council for data processing services by city, including hardware, software, communications, and data processing personnel for the benefit of the state.

5.    Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 2 of Title 51 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, by adding Sections 51-2-13.1 and 51-2-15.6 relating to definitions; and consider and adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 12A of Title 51 of the Revised ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, by amending Section 5l-12A-1 and 51-l2A-2 and adding Sections 5l-l2A-3 and 51-12A-4, relating to the foothill development overlay zone.

6.    Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to zoning and fixing boundaries of use districts by rezoning property frontage on the north side of North Bonneville Drive (765 North) for 434 feet from approximately 937 to 997 East from Foothill Preservation “P-1” to Residential “R-1” classification subject to the Foothill Development “F-1” Overlay Zone as requested by Wayne Petty in Petition No. 400-207.

7.    Consider and adopt an ordinance extending the effective date of Bill No. 20 of 1984 relating to the closure of a portion of Sumner Avenue (200 North) and a parallel 15-foot wide alley (175 North) from 1500 West (Garside Street, formerly known as “Division”) to 1540 West (Cornell Street, formerly known as “Custer” and “Rock”) in Salt Lake City, Utah, by amending Section 3 of said bill.

8.    Consider and adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor to submit an application to the United States Geological Survey in response to RFP 1586 for $72,000 for earthquake hazard assessment of essential city facilities.

1.    6:30 p.m. - Obtain public comment concerning an ordinance amending Title 25 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by adding Chapter 29 to be entitled “Salt Lake City Urban Environment Board”.

2.    7:15 p.m. - Consider and discuss Petition No. 400-273 of 1985 submitted by Tate/Brubaker requesting closure of Volney Court, a public Street being 16.5 feet wide, running 330 feet north from 700 South at 200 West in Salt Lake City, and adopt the ordinance relating thereto.

3.    7:30 p.m. - Obtain public comment concerning an ordinance declaring a temporary moratorium on the issuance of demolition permits for residential structures located within the Salt Lake City limits.

1.    Mayor Ted L. Wilson will present his recommendations for allocation of $4.3 million of Community Development Block Grant funds.

2.    Consider and adopt an amendment to Salt Lake City’s Master Annexation Policy.

3.    Accept for Council review Petition No. 400-281 by the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and Filtrol Corp., and Union Pacific Land Resources Corp. requesting Salt Lake City to annex property located between 2650 West and 7400 West and between North Temple and 2100 South, and set a date for a public hearing to discuss the annexation on April 9, 1985, at 6:45 p.m.

4.    Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Section 37-6-2, Schedule 3 Rates and Fees, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to sewer service charges.

5.    Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Section 49-6-54 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to required turn-of for nonpayment of water and/or sewer charges.

6.    Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Section 37-6-2, Schedule 3 Rates and Fees, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to sewer service charges.

7.    Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the United States Department of Commerce for the establishment of a Sub-zone to Intermountain Foreign Trade Zone #30 as authorized by the Foreign Trade Zones Act of 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 8la-81u), as amended by Public Law 566, 81st Congress, approved June 17, 1950, and Public Law 971, 85th Congress, approved August 28, 1958.

1.    Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 10 of Title 20 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to financial and lending institutions and pawnbrokers.

2.    Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Title 46 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to the Traffic Code by adding Article 25 relating to establishing a residential permit parking program to be administered by the Public Works Director.

3.    Consider and adopt an amendment to an ordinance adopted on February 5, 1985, closing a 15’ alley at approximately 920 South from 800 to 900 West Streets as requested by Joanne Milner et al. in Petition 400-144.
