2.  The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss labor negotiations.

3.  The Council will interview John Hiskey prior to consideration of his appointment as Director of Public Services.

D.      CONSENT:

1.  Ordinance:  Set Date - Petition No. 400-95-74  (2604 and 2610 McClelland Streets)
Set date of April 9, 1996 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Lots 8 and 9 of the Valley View Subdivision plat.

2.  Ordinance:  Set Date - Petition No. 400-96-1  (Capitol Hill Community Zoning Map)
Set date of April 9, 1996  at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting  an ordinance rezoning property located on the block between 300 and 400 North and between 500 and 600 West in Salt Lake City, Utah,  Pursuant to Petition No. 400-96-1.

3.  Ordinance:  Set Date - Petition No. 400-95-22  (Vacate Alley between 1100 West and 1200 West Streets)
Set date of  May 7, 1996 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance vacating an alley located between 1200 West and 1100 West and between Ouray Avenue and 500 North pursuant to Petition No. 400-95-22.

4.  Appointment:  John Hiskey, Director of Public Services
Consider consenting to the appointment of John Hiskey as the City's Public Services Director.

5.  Motion:  (Salt Lake City Planning Division)
Consider adopting a motion approving the following decisions made by the Planning Director.

     a.       Petition No. 400-96-3,  a subdivision plat  amendment for property located at 166 East Ensign Vista Drive.  Planning Director's Decision:  to approve with departmental conditions.

E.       NEW BUSINESS:

        1.     Ordinance:  (Capital Improvement Program Citizen Board)

                  Consider adopting an ordinance enacting Chapter 2.33, Salt Lake City Code,

                relating to the creation of a Capital Improvement Program Citizen Board.

F.       UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

1.  Resolution:  City's Airport Revenue Bonds
Consider adopting a resolution expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of the City's airport revenue bonds.

2.  Ordinance:  (Fee Waivers)
Consider adopting an ordinance amending Sections 2.58.030, Subsection A; 14.32.125; and 14.48.010, Subsection (ii); Salt Lake City Code; providing for waivers of fees.

3.  Ordinance:  (Private Street Lighting)
Consider adopting an ordinance enacting Chapter 14.48, Salt Lake City Code, relating to the establishment of a decorative street lighting program.

G.      PUBLIC HEARING:

          1.     Ordinance:  (Budget Amendment #7)

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Salt Lake City Ordinance No. 49 of 1995 which adopted the Final Budget of Salt Lake City, including the employment staffing document, for Fiscal Year 1995-96.

          2.     Ordinance:  (Golf Fees)

                Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Section
                  15.16.031, Salt Lake City Code, relating to Golf courses -- Green fees rounding.

                      Staff Recommendation:  Close and adopt.

        3.     Ordinance:  (Traffic School Fees)

                Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Title 12,
                  Chapter 8, Salt Lake City Code, by Adding section 12.08.150 relating to Traffic
                     School.
