1.  Ordinance:  Set Date - Petition No. 400-95-81 (Salt Lake City Engineering)
Set date of July 9, 1996 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance closing a portion of the 800 West right-of-way, declaring it surplus property, and rezoning it to public lands "PL".

2.  Ordinance:  Set Date - Petition No. 400-96-15  (Salt Lake City Planning Division)
Set date of July 2, 1996  at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance rezoning properties located at 1836, 1848 and 1876 West North Temple in the Northwest Community.

3.  Ordinance:  Set Date  (Salt Lake City Housing Code)
Set date of July 2, 1996 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Title 18, Chapter 50, Salt Lake City Code, relating to existing residential housing.

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Section 21.74.140.b of the Salt Lake City Code relating to historic districts and landmark sites - City Historic Register.

2.  Ordinance:  Petition No. 400-95-93  (Close portion of Hubbard Ave.)
Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance closing a portion of Hubbard Avenue near 367 East and closing a portion of 400 East near its intersection with Hubbard Avenue, pursuant to Petition No. 400-95-93.

3.  Ordinance:  Petition No. 400-95-65  (Randall C. Wall)
Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance to vacate an alley between Edith Avenue and 1300 South and west of 400 East Street.
