Ordinance: (Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax)
Set date of
June 10, 1997 to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance
enacting Chapter 6 of Title 3, relating to municipal energy sales and use tax
and amending Section 5.04.170 relating to utility tax revenue. (This will allow
the City to comply with State Law relating to franchise fees.)

Ordinance: (Parking Permit Program)
Consider adopting an
ordinance amending Chapter 12.64, Salt Lake City Code, relating to the City
Parking Permit Program. (The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to
simplify the time required for application, analysis and creation of new areas
to be included in the City Parking Permit program and to allow areas affected by
seasonal or part year parking impacts to be eligible for the program which
includes the Westminster College and Franklin Field areas.)
