1.   Ordinance:  (Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax)
Consider adopting an ordinance enacting Chapter 6 of Title 3, relating to municipal energy sales and use tax and amending Section 5.04.170 relating to utility tax revenue. (This will allow the City to comply with State Law relating to franchise fees.)
