1.  Resolution:  Interlocal Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Transportation for the reconstruction of the bridge on California Avenue that crosses the Jordan River
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of a "Cooperative Agreement Modification 1 Preconstruction and Construction Reimbursement Program" (Federal Participation) between the Utah Department of Transportation and Salt Lake City Corporation, regarding a bridge project at California Avenue at the Jordan River, Project No. BRO-2290(1)6, in Salt Lake County, Utah.

2.  Board Appointment:  Biao Chang, Utah Transit Authority Board
Consider approving the appointment of Biao Chang to the Utah Transit Authority Board for a term extending through April 11, 2003.

1.  Ordinance:  Final Budget Adoption
Consider adopting the final budget, excluding the budget for the Library Fund which is separately adopted, and the employment staffing document of Salt Lake City, Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001.

2.  Compensation Ordinances:
Consider adopting ordinances implementing various compensation plans and approving Memoranda of Understanding with the Local 1004 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees for 100 and 200 series employees; and approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Local 1645 of the International Association of Firefighters for the 400 series employees.

Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 2000-2001, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1004 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the "100 Series" City employees.

b.  Ordinance:  200 Series City Employees
Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 2000-2001, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1004 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the "200 Series" City employees.

c.  Ordinance:  300 and 600 Series City Employees
Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for "300 and 600 Series" employees of Salt Lake City.  (Employees covered by this plan shall be full-time, regular part-time and job sharing City employees classified as 600 Series and 300 Series, exempt and non-exempt professional employees.)

Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 2000-2001, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1645 of the International Association of Firefighters representing the "400 Series" City employees.

e.  Ordinance:  500 Series City Employees
Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for "500 Series" employees of Salt Lake City.  (Employees covered by this plan shall be full time Police Officers in the City's Police Department classified as 500 Series City employees.)

f.   Ordinance:  700 Series City Employees
Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for "700 Series" employees of Salt Lake City.  (Regular part-time employees who perform essentially the same duties of employees classified by the City as 100 and 200 Series employees and work twenty or more but less than forty hours a week.)

g.  Ordinance:  800 Series City Employees
Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for "800 Series" employees of Salt Lake City.  (Employees covered by this plan shall be full time sergeants, lieutenants and captains in the City's Police Department classified as 800 Series City employees.)

Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for "900 Series" employees of Salt Lake City.  (Employees covered by this plan shall be full-time City employees classified as 900 Series exempt Fire Department employees.)

Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for Executive Employees and Elected Officials of Salt Lake City.

3.  Ordinance:  Tax Levy
Consider adopting an ordinance establishing the rate of tax levy upon all real and personal property within Salt Lake City made taxable by law for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001 for both the General Fund and Library Fund, including any necessary judgment levies.

6.     Resolution:  Mobile Telecommunication Service Tax
Consider adopting a resolution providing for the assessment of a $1.00 per month per billing

8.     Ordinance:  Administrative Enforcement Program
Consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 2.75 of  the Salt Lake City Code relating to administrative enforcement setting forth additional violations which will be handled through the administrative enforcement process, and amending other code sections to effect these changes.

9.  Ordinance:  First Response Rescue Fees
Consider adopting an ordinance enacting Chapter 9.50 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to first response rescue service fees (imposition of fee on the owner or operator of a motor vehicle involved in an accident for first response rescue services provided by the City).  Note:  The City Council has taken a straw poll and a majority has expressed opposition to this ordinance.

10.         Ordinance:  Fire Emergency Fees
Consider adopting an ordinance enacting Chapter 9.49 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to fees for City services for fire emergencies (imposition of fee on the owner of property for services provided by the City relating to fire emergencies).
Note:  The City Council has taken a straw poll and a majority has expressed opposition to this ordinance.

11.         Ordinance:  Insurance for take-home vehicles

16.         Resolution:  Issuance of Airport Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2000A
Consider adopting a resolution confirming the sale and authorizing the issuance of approximately $20,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Adjustable Rate Airport Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2000A, of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah; and providing for related matters.

17.         Resolution:  Annual Assessment Ordinance for Special Lighting District L01
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve the annual assessment for Special Lighting District L01 to be levied upon each parcel of property in the lighting district for the purpose of paying the operating, maintenance and electrical energy costs of the district.

18.         Resolution:  Salt Lake City Class I Municipal Justice Court
Consider adopting a resolution declaring an intention to create a Salt Lake City Class I Municipal Justice Court and requesting certification by the Utah Judicial Council.

1.     Ordinance:  Library Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 1999-2000
Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Salt Lake City Ordinance No. 65 of 1999 which approved, ratified and finalized the budget for the Library Fund of Salt Lake City, Utah for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1999 and ending June 30, 2000.

2.     Ordinance:  Budget Amendment No. 10 for Fiscal Year 1999-2000
Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Salt Lake City Ordinance No. 63 of 1999 which approved, ratified and finalized the budget of Salt Lake City, Utah, including the employment staffing document, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1999 and ending June 30, 2000.

3.     Ordinance:  Judgment Levy (Tax Commission ruling on centrally assessed property tax valuations on Delta Airlines property for the years 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999)

6.     Ordinance:  Petition No. 400-99-27 Annexation request from Cottonwood Realty to annex a parcel at 1816 North 2200 West and zone the property Business Park (BP) upon annexation to the City
Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance extending the corporate limits of Salt Lake City to include the Cottonwood Realty Annexation, a 39.11 acre parcel located at 1816 North 2200 West, and amending the Salt Lake City Zoning Map to zone and designate the area as Business Park (BP) upon its annexation to the City.

7.     Ordinance:  Petition 400-99-7 CLC Associates request to change zoning from Light Manufacturing (M-1) to General Commercial (CG) for proposed Grand Salt Lake Mall
Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance rezoning properties located west of 5600 West between the Interstate 80 Freeway and 700 South.  (The City Council has taken a straw poll to indicate they will accept public comment on June 15, 2000; however, they have also indicated they will not take formal action on that date.)

8.     Ordinances or Resolutions:  Proposed Grand Salt Lake Mall
Accept public comment and consider adopting one or more legislative documents (ordinances / resolutions) related to a request for 1) sales tax increment financing; and 2) a special improvement district for the Grand Salt Lake Mall.  (The City Council has taken a straw poll to indicate they will accept public comment on June 15, 2000; however, they have also indicated they will not take formal action on that date.)
