1.    Water and Sewer Rates.

Consider adopting a motion ratifying the adoption of an ordinance amending Section 17.16.670, 17.16.680, and 17.72.030 of the Salt Lake City Code to reflect an increase in City water rates to $.42 for City residents and $.64 for non-City residents offset by a decrease in sewer rates to $.80; increasing the minimum charge to $6.45; and establishing a low-income abatement program at $.60 per household per month.
