Set date of July 5, 1994 at 6:05 p.m. to accept public comment and consider
adopting an ordinance amending the Landfill Budget which was prepared and
submitted by the Solid Waste Management Council, for calendar year 1994.

2. Ordinance: Set Date - Petition Nos. 400-93-54 and 400-94-7 (Wingate Village
Condominium Project)
Set date of July 12, 1994 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider

449 N. Redwood Road from R-l to R-2A.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement Amendment between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for an increase in the scope of work on the 2700 South storm drain
system.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County
for the County to spray noxious weeds on City property at 600 South 4600 West
and 1075 East 4788 South.

Consider adopting a proposed ordinance pertaining to unlawful consumption of

possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage, each in a public place.

1. Resolution: Tax and Revenue Anticipate Notes, Series 1994
Consider adopting a Resolution authorizing the issuance and confirming the
sale of the $10,000,000 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, Series 1994, of
Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah; providing for covenants to establish
and maintain the excludibility of interest on the Notes from gross income of
the owners thereof for federal income tax purposes; and providing for related
matters.

2. Resolution: Municipal Building Authority Budget
The City Council will convene as the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake
City at their regular meeting place to consider approving a resolution
adopting the budget of the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake City for
fiscal year 1994-95.

Consider adopting an ordinance amending water meter minimum charges and rates.

14. Resolution: Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds. Series 1994
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance and confirming the sale of not more than $20,000,000 aggregate principal amount of water and sewer revenue bonds of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, fixing the maximum aggregate principal amount of the bonds,the maximum number of years over which the bonds may mature, the maximum interest rate which the bonds may bear and the maximum discount from par at which the bonds may be sold; authorizing publication of a notice of bonds to be issued;expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from the proceeds of such bonds; authorizing the pledge of stormwater collection fees to secure payment of the City's water and sewer revenue bonds; and related matters.
