D. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for construction of turf blocking at the Liberty Park Detention facilities to allow future vehicular access to the Liberty Park Detention Pond with the planning, engineering, construction and administering of the project to be handled by the City but to be funded by the County.

2. Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for an agreement with Salt Lake County for cost sharing for the construction of the Red Butte division at Sunnyside Park.

3. Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County, Utah County, East Jordan Irrigation Company, North Irrigation Company, South Jordan Canal Company, and Utah and Salt Lake Canal Company for improving the Jordan River to facilitate the flow of excess storm and flood waters which accumulate in Utah Lake.

4. Consider and adopt a resolution designating Judge David B. Dee as Salt Lake City’s liaison with the U.S.S. Salt Lake City.

G. UNFINISHED COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Consider and adopt a motion to reconsider an ordinance adopted June 4, 1985 amending Section 20—38—2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to license fee required for sale of fireworks by increasing the regulatory license fee from $350.00 to $1,000.

NOTE: The Council will meet as the Committee of the Whole for the following:
1. Craig Peterson will brief the Council on the proposed Major Street Plan for Salt Lake City.
2. The Council will discuss amending Council compensation to allow Council members to receive city health insurance, life insurance and retirement benefits.
