1.  Resolution:  Interlocal Cooperation Agreement  (Comprehensive Communities Program)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an amendment to an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation, and Salt Lake City School District regarding Comprehensive Community Program.

2.  Resolution:  Interlocal Cooperation Agreement  (Public Utilities)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for the construction of the 2100 South stormdrain facilities from 1700 East and Parley's Creek to 2300 East.

3.  Resolution:  Interlocal Cooperation Agreement  (Public Utilities)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for cost sharing in a 1996 UPDES multi-media campaign.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance of approximately $78,000,000 of the City's Adjustable Rate Subordinated Airport Revenue Bonds, Series 1996A.

2.  Ordinance:  Rental Dwellings  (Apartment License Program)
Consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 5.14, Salt Lake City Code, relating to rental dwellings.

3.  Ordinance:  Unauthorized Use of Streets, Parking Lots and Other Areas (Parking Violation Fee)
Consider adopting an ordinance amending Section 12.56.550, Salt Lake City Code, relating to unauthorized use of streets, parking lots and other areas--penalties.

4.  Ordinance:  Final Budget Adoption
Consider adopting the final budget, excluding the budget for the Library Fund which is separately adopted, and the employment staffing document of Salt Lake City, Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996 and ending June 30, 1997.

5.  Ordinance:  Tax Rate
Consider adopting an ordinance which adopts the rate of tax levy upon all real and personal property within Salt Lake City, made taxable by law for the fiscal year commencing  July 1, 1996 and ending June 30, 1997.

Consider adopting an ordinance approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1004 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the "100 Series" City employees.

7.  Ordinance:  200 Series City Employees
Consider adopting an ordinance approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1004 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the "200 Series" City employees.

Consider adopting an ordinance approving a     Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1645 of the International Association of Firefighters representing the "400 Series" City employees.

9.  Ordinance:  500 Series City Employees
Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 1996-97, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Salt Lake Police Associations, Local 75 AFL-CIO, representing "500 Series" City employees.

Consider approving a resolution adopting the budget of the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake City for fiscal year 1996-97.

        Staff Recommendation:  Recess as City Council, convene as the Municipal Building Authority, adopt resolution, adjourn as Municipal Building  Authority, reconvene as City Council.

17.     Motion:  Legislative Intent Statements
Consider adopting a motion approving the City Council's Legislative Intent Statements for fiscal year 1996-97.

18.     Resolution:  Water and Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance of approximately $10,500,000 of the City's Water and Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1996.
