Consider adopting a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a second supplement to a lease-purchase agreement by and between Gelco Finance Corporation, now known as GE Capital Public Finance, Inc., as lessor, and Salt Lake City, Utah, as lessee, dated as of December 15, 1989 and a second supplement to a sublease agreement by and between Salt Lake City, sublessor, and Compeq International Co., Ltd., as sublessee, dated as of December 15, 1989.
