1. Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 16 of Title 20 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to Secondhand and Junk Dealers, by amending Sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 and adding New Sections 13 and 14 thereto.

Consider and adopt a resolution declaring the intention of the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah to create a special improvement district to be known as Lighting District #2, to operate and maintain improvements and to levy assessments to pay all or a portion of the costs arising therefrom according to plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.

Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Transportation for construction of a railroad highway safety project to provide flashing light signals with gates at 4800 West and 700 South.
