F. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 5:00 p.m. - Consider and discuss Petition No. 400-200 submitted by 7-11 Stores requesting the rezoning of a 50 foot piece of land on the northwest corner of 1700 South and 900 West from “R-2” to “B-3”.

2. 5:00 p.m. - Discuss the application of an Urban Development Action Grant for Triad Utah in the amount of $22 million for the Plaza at Triad Center, and consider and adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor to submit the application.

NOTE: FOLLOWING THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING, THE CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET AS THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE IN ROOM 211 TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
1. The Public Works Department will brief the Council on the proposed Street Lighting District, No. 35-700.
2. The Development Services Department will brief the Council on the proposed allocation of $3,000.00 of Community Development Block Grant Funds to create a matching fund to assist with the relocation of elderly tenants of the Fairmont Apartments.
