1. Report of Executive Director.
2. The Council will interview Marion Willey prior to consideration of his appointment as an alternate to the Board of Adjustment for a term extending through December 31, 1997.
3. The Council will interview Jim Davis prior to consideration of his appointment to fill a vacancy created by Don Gull, for a term extending through October 27, 1995.
4. The Council will interview Nancy Taufer prior to consideration of her appointment as an alternate on the Board of Adjustment, to filla vacancy created by Shirley Watkins, for a term extending through December 31, 1996.
5. The Council will interview Michael Jones prior to consideration of his appointment as an alternate to the Board of Adjustment for a term extending through December 31, 1997.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the State of Utah Department of Transportation Materials Division for testing on bituminous samples plus other miscellaneous testing as required.

Consider adopting a resolution amending Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-900 (the "District"), as described in Resolution No. 54 of 1993 adopted by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah by adding property abutting California Avenue from 3400 West to 3600 West and by adding two new assessment rates to apply to the parcels of property being added to the District; providing for the issuance of additional interim warrants; and related matters.

Consider adopting a resolution conditionally accepting a bid for construction work and, subject to approval of the City Engineer, authorizing execution of a construction contract with ___________ for construction of improvements in the California Avenue portion of Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-900; providing for issuance of interim warrants and for the addition of the interest thereon to assessable costs.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance and providing for the sale of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah $146,000 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 1993, Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-862 (the "Bonds"); providing for pricing and terms of the Bonds, prescribing the form of bonds, the maturity and denomination of said Bonds; providing for the continuance of a guaranty fund; authorizing and approving the form of a bond purchase agreement and the official statement, and related matters.
