6.  Resolution:  Interlocal Cooperation Agreement  (Public Services)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the University of Utah to contract with the University of Utah Civil Engineering Department to act as a sponsor for a transportation engineering internship.

Set date of January 21, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance to amend the Fiscal Year 1996-97 Budget.

8.       Ordinance:  Set Date - Petition No. 400-96-60  (Salt Lake City Planning Division/Amend Text of the "RB" Residential Business Zoning District)  

    Set date of February 4, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 21A.24.160 of the Salt Lake City Code regarding the RB Residential Business zoning district.

1.  Legislative Action:  Councilmembers Keith Christensen and Bryce Jolley
Consider adopting a motion to request a review of the Master Plan and to change zoning on 2100 South and Parley's Way from Community Business "CB" to Neighborhood Commercial "CN".

         Accept public comment and consider all protests filed and hear all objections relating to the proposed Salt Lake City Lighting District #3.
