Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County covering the construction, maintenance and costs of a storm drain from McClelland Street to 1300 East.

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance recognizing the adoption of amendment 14-C to the master Annexation Policy Declarations; extending the limits of Salt Lake City to include the Scenic Circle Annexation, zoning the same residential `R-l" with the Foothill "F-i" overlay by amending the Use District M~P as adopted by section 21.14.020 of the Salt Lake City Code; amending the Salt Lake City Council District Boundary Map; and approving the amendment of Arcadia Heights Plat "A" amended subdivision to dedicate the existing Scenic Circle stub.
